US Healthcare Providers
Outsource your revenue cycle
RCM, denial management, coding and quality assurance for hospitals, clinics and billing companies. HIPAA Compliant, with a Business Associate Agreement signed before any PHI is handled.
See where claims may be at risk of denial before you commit to anything. A certified coding specialist reviews a sample of your charts and sends you a written report.
1
Sign a BAA
We sign a Business Associate Agreement first. No PHI is handled before that, even for a sample.
2
Send up to 20 charts
Through your secure channel, or de-identified if you prefer. Pick the specialty or the claims that worry you most.
3
Get your report
Within 5 business days: accuracy score, error types, denial-risk flags and clear fixes, written by a CCS credentialed reviewer.
4
Decide, no pressure
Keep the report either way. If it helps, we talk about a paid pilot or ongoing support.
What the report covers
ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS code selection against the documentation
E/M level and modifier use, including NCCI edit conflicts
Missed or unsupported diagnoses and documentation gaps
Patterns that lead to denials, with recommended fixes
Three commitments behind every project we take on, from the first sample batch to steady-state delivery.
Precision
Every code defended by the chart
Each claim is built from what the record supports, then checked twice before it leaves.
Coder review, then an independent QA audit before submission
ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS II and NCCI edits checked against documentation
Error trends returned to coders weekly and tracked until they stop
Knowledge
Project training for your process
We prepare coders and auditors for your work before live charts, instead of hoping they pick it up.
Onboarding on your specialties, payer mix, EHR and coding policies
Practice on your sample charts with trainer feedback and a pass mark
Auditors calibrated with yours; briefings on every ICD-10-CM, CPT and NCCI update
Excellence
How we succeed
Results come from a method we repeat on every project, and show in numbers you can read.
Pilot first, then scale on proven accuracy and turnaround
Targets agreed in writing, with weekly or monthly scorecards
Root-cause fixes with an owner and a re-check; a named lead and escalation path
1Discover Your specialties, payers, volumes
2Train for your process Coders and auditors, project-specific
3Pilot Judge precision on a sample

What we track and report
Metrics with context, ownership and action
A useful dashboard explains what changed, why it changed, who owns the response and what happens next. Targets are agreed with each client based on specialty, payer mix, workflow and baseline performance.
First-pass acceptance rate
CLAIM QUALITY
Measures the share of claims accepted by the clearinghouse or payer on the first submission. Reporting includes rejection categories, payer concentration, source workflow and corrected-resubmission time.
Net collection rate
COLLECTION EFFECTIVENESS
Shows the percentage of collectible revenue realized after contractual adjustments. We separate avoidable write-offs, patient responsibility, payer reductions and unresolved balances to reveal leakage.
Days in A/R
REVENUE VELOCITY
Tracks the average time from charge or claim creation to payment. We pair the average with aging buckets, payer lag, high-value inventory and no-response claims so the metric leads to action.
Coding accuracy score
CODING INTEGRITY
Based on sampled chart audits covering code selection, sequencing, modifiers, units, documentation support and guideline application. Results include error type, severity and coaching plan.
Denial rate and preventable-denial rate
PREVENTION
Separates total denials from operationally preventable causes. Trends are displayed by payer, reason, specialty, location and responsible process with recovery and prevention status.
Denial overturn and recovery value
RESOLUTION
Measures favorable appeal or reconsideration outcomes and associated dollars recovered. We also track appeal age, submission timeliness, payer response and unresolved value.
A/R aging and touch effectiveness
INVENTORY HEALTH
Reports balances by 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120 and 120+ days, plus whether each follow-up touch produced a status change, payment, documentation request or escalation.
Turnaround time and backlog
OPERATIONS
Tracks received-to-completed time, queue volume, oldest item, due-date risk and capacity. Exceptions are segmented to distinguish client dependencies from internal processing delays.
Query rate and response quality
DOCUMENTATION
Monitors query volume, reason, response time, outcome and recurring documentation gaps. The goal is compliant clarification and targeted provider education, not query volume alone.
Your onboarding path
Days 1 to 3
Rapid diagnostic discovery
A no-obligation overview of your billing volumes, key specialties, target payers and current denial hurdles.
Days 4 to 10
Pilot with no long-term contract
Send a sample batch of complex charts. We code and scrub them so you judge turnaround and precision first-hand.
Week 2 onward
Seamless integration and scale
Dedicated, credentialed professionals (CPC and CCS certified), trained on your EHR platform and payer profiles.
Ongoing
Continuous performance review
Weekly or monthly calibration on cleanliness, pending logs and recovered revenue, with full visibility.
Online or in the classroom, trainer-led, with real chart practice and personal feedback at every step, from first lesson to your first job.

AI coding assistant
Search codes the way coders think
Type a condition, a procedure or a code number. Get matching ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS Level II entries with a coding tip, check NCCI edits between two codes, then learn to verify each one in the official books.
Live ICD-10-CM and HCPCS Level II lookup, by plain words or by code
CPT, modifier and E/M quick reference with coding tips
NCCI edit checker: test two codes before you bill them together
Our custom AI validation tools pair with real CPC/CCS credentialed human review to target 99%+ clean claim rates before submission. Results vary by payer mix, specialty and data quality, and are agreed in each client contract.
This tool is a learning aid, not a billing, coding or legal service. PRISCO MedCode Solutions is not liable for clearinghouse or payer claim rejections, denials or adjustments that result from using it. Verify every code in the official code books or a licensed encoder before you bill.
NCCI edit checker
Enter two or more CPT or HCPCS codes, separated by spaces or commas. Every pair is checked.
ICD-10-CM and HCPCS Level II results come from the free U.S. National Library of Medicine code tables. CPT® is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association (AMA), and CPT codes and descriptors are AMA copyright. This tool is not a CPT code set: it shows only a few abbreviated summaries per search and never full AMA descriptors, and a CPT license is required to use the full code set. Always verify in the official code books or a licensed encoder such as EncoderPro (Optum, subscription required) or ICD10Data, and follow payer rules. NCCI edits shown are a short sample of common pairs; CMS updates the official files every quarter, and commercial payers may add their own edits.
For US healthcare providers
Questions providers ask before they hire us
Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
Yes. We sign a BAA before any PHI is handled, including for a sample batch. You can send your own BAA or use ours.
You are based in India. Is that allowed for our PHI?
HIPAA applies to us directly as a Business Associate, wherever we are located, and the BAA binds us to it. Some payer contracts and state programs restrict offshore access to PHI, so we check yours with you before any work starts. See our BAA and offshore safeguards page.
Where does our PHI stay?
Our coders work inside your systems over a secure connection where possible, with unique logins, role-based access and multi-factor sign-in. Printing and removable media are disabled on our work systems.
Who does the coding and quality checks?
CPC and CCS certified coders do the coding, and an independent quality review checks the work before submission. Error trends go back to coders weekly.
How does the free audit work?
We sign a BAA, you send up to 20 charts, and a certified reviewer sends a written report within 5 business days. There is no obligation afterwards.
What does it cost after the pilot?
Pricing is agreed in your contract after the pilot, based on specialty, volume and scope. We do not ask for a long-term commitment to start.
Will your team work in our time zone?
We arrange overlap with US working hours for questions and escalations. We agree the schedule with you during onboarding.
Careers and hiring
We build careers, not just fill jobs. Course graduates and experienced professionals join our placement pipeline for coding, billing, denial management and quality roles.
